You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. LuckyPK takes age verification seriously — your CNIC or passport is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 is closed immediately and all deposits are returned in full.

No. LuckyPK allows one account per person and per household. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another person's — is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. Both accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. If you've lost access to your account, use the password recovery tool or contact our support team at support@luckypk.click.

Standard verification on luckypk requires:

Yes. You can update your contact details from Account Settings after logging in. For security reasons, changing your registered email or mobile number requires identity verification. If you no longer have access to your original email or number, contact support@luckypk.click with your CNIC details and we'll assist with the update manually.

To permanently close your luckypk account, email support@luckypk.click with the subject "Account Closure Request" and include your registered username. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your nominated payment method before the account is closed. Please note that permanent closure is different from self-exclusion — if gambling is the reason you want to close, please read our Responsible Gaming page for tools that may be more suitable.
Deposits & Payments

The minimum deposit on luckypk is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. For bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard, the minimum is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit set by luckypk — your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily transfer limits.

Bank IBFT transfers can take 2–4 hours during business days. If your deposit hasn't appeared after 30 minutes (mobile wallet) or 6 hours (IBFT), contact support with your transaction reference number and we'll trace it manually.

LuckyPK charges zero fees on any deposit method. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your luckypk balance — no deductions. Your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transfer charges, but these are entirely outside luckypk's control. We recommend checking with your provider before initiating a transfer.

First, check that the money has actually left your account — sometimes a failed luckypk deposit shows as pending in your bank or wallet app. If funds have left your account but haven't arrived on luckypk, do not deposit again. Instead, email support@luckypk.click with:
  • Your luckypk username
  • The amount and payment method used
  • The transaction reference number from your wallet/bank
  • A screenshot of the transaction if possible

Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log into luckypk and go to the Cashier section. Select Withdrawal, choose your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT, etc.), enter the amount and your account details, and submit. Ensure your account is verified (CNIC submitted) before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts. You'll receive a confirmation email once the withdrawal is processed.

These are luckypk's processing times. Your bank or wallet app may add additional processing time on their end.

The minimum withdrawal on luckypk is Rs 500 across all payment methods. There is no maximum withdrawal limit imposed by luckypk itself, though your bank or wallet provider may have daily transfer caps. For large withdrawals, contact support in advance so we can arrange processing without delays.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejections on luckypk include:
  • Account not verified — CNIC or identity documents not yet submitted or approved.
  • Bonus wagering requirements not met — if you have an active bonus with a wagering requirement, those must be completed before withdrawing the bonus-related funds.
  • Bank/wallet details mismatch — the account name on your luckypk profile must match your bank or wallet name exactly.

A wagering requirement (sometimes called rollover or playthrough) means you need to bet a certain total amount before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to bet a total of Rs 20,000 on qualifying games before withdrawing those winnings. You place a bet before the round starts, and you must cash out before the plane flies away — if it crashes before you cash out, your bet is lost. Go to the luckypk login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered email address and we'll send a reset link within 2 minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. The reset link is valid for 60 minutes. Click it, set a new password, and you're back in. If you've also lost access to your email, contact support@luckypk.click with your CNIC for manual verification.

Act immediately. First, change your password using the "Forgot password?" reset link — this invalidates all existing sessions. Then email support@luckypk.click with the subject "Urgent: Unauthorised Account Access" and include your username and a description of what you noticed. Our security team treats these as high priority. If funds have been moved, document everything and include it in your email. We will investigate and take action within hours.

Yes. LuckyPK offers optional SMS-based two-factor authentication for logins from new devices. When enabled, a one-time code is sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time a new device attempts to log in. Enable it from Account Settings → Security after logging in.
