LuckyPK Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

By accessing, registering on, or using the luckypk platform at luckypk.click, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This agreement is legally binding. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the luckypk platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to every aspect of your relationship with luckypk — account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonus participation, and any communications between you and our support team. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and luckypk.

To register and play on luckypk, you must meet all of the following criteria:

Each individual may hold only one active account on luckypk. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — are not permitted. Where duplicates are identified, luckypk will retain the original account, close any duplicates, and may void any winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. LuckyPK staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Account balances on luckypk are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Balances cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to other currencies. Dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 500 per month after a prior notification period.

LuckyPK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR only. The following payment methods are accepted on the platform: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances.

Withdrawals on luckypk are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, where possible. LuckyPK does not charge transaction fees on any withdrawal; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. LuckyPK is not responsible for any third-party fees applied during the withdrawal process.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not applied to penalise players — it simply ensures funds reach the correct person. Providing requested documentation promptly will minimise any delay.

LuckyPK offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits — which are published clearly alongside the promotion when it is live on the platform.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount (or the combined deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 must be wagered through eligible games before withdrawal becomes available.

• Bonuses are only available to players with verified accounts on luckypk.
• Only one welcome bonus applies per player, per household, per payment method, and per IP address.
• LuckyPK reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time for operational or legal reasons.
• Bonuses obtained through what luckypk considers abusive or exploitative behaviour will be voided without notice.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.

All games available on luckypk are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

LuckyPK operates games from certified third-party software providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are operated from certified live casino studios. LuckyPK does not manipulate game outcomes and is not in a position to do so — game results are determined by the certified software or by the live dealer dealing physical cards.

In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game session on luckypk — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — the outcome recorded by the game server is the authoritative result. In cases where a malfunction renders a round void, any bets placed during that round will be returned to the player's luckypk balance in full.

Players are expected to play in good faith. Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated playing software (bots), apply prohibited betting systems that exploit platform mechanics, or collude with other players will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening more than one account on luckypk, or assisting another person to create an account to circumvent restrictions applied to your own account.
• Using the luckypk platform for any money laundering activity. All suspicious transaction activity is reported to relevant authorities in line with applicable law.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with luckypk games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — particularly applicable to poker and multiplayer card games.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings obtained this way are void and will be reclaimed.
• Providing false or forged documentation during identity verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward any luckypk staff member or other player through any communication channel.

LuckyPK cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial regulators. Any account suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may be frozen without prior notice while an investigation is underway.

All content on the luckypk platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data, and software — is the intellectual property of luckypk or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the luckypk platform constitutes a transfer of any intellectual property rights to any user.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any luckypk content without explicit written permission from us. The luckypk logo, brand name, and associated trademarks may not be used in any commercial or promotional context without our written consent.

LuckyPK provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific results from gameplay. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckypk is not liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from player error, including incorrect bet placement or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, internet outages, or maintenance periods.
• Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to secure their own account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
